My first time to use Rover.com. Very satisfied. Natalie was quite dependable. Cats warmed up to her (as much as cats do). I will definitely be using them/her for future pet care needs.

Hannah went above and beyond for our fur babies while we were on vacation. She provided clear, consistent communication with us and asked about anything she wasn’t absolutely certain about. Everything we wanted in a pet sitter and more! Highly recommend her. We will definitely be requesting her again.

Bailey was an answer to my prayers. She was available at the last minute and took great care of my kitty, Luna. I received regular reports and photos of Luna. I knew she was in good hands with Bailey. I will definitely be calling her again!

Emily was absolutely amazing. She genuinely cares about animals and the people. My mom is 80 years old and was admitted to the hospital. Payton is incredibly responsive and always lets us know ahead of time if there are any changes to her usual schedule, which I really appreciated. After every visit, she sent a sweet update along with photos, which truly made my day and reassured me that my cat was happy and well cared for. On top of that, she was very attentive to our home—bringing in packages and making sure everything, including the alarm system, was secure and functioning properly.
