Rachel is amazing! We had some issues with an older dog and she really went the extra mile for us. Lots of updates and videos were sent. It was comforting to know that someone so special was taking care of our animals while we were away on vacation. Highly recommend! We look forward to using her again when we travel.
This was my first time using Rover. I've been so hesitant because I've heard about awful experiences and I was so anxious, stressed, and scared. Jennifer was ABSOLUTELY amazing. She came by for an initial visit to get to know the dogs and came by a second time to get the keys and go over the care for our dogs. I could tell from our first visit that she was a genuine person and truly cared about and loved animals. My dogs loved her so much and followed her around the house constantly, which gave me so much peace. I would high recommend her services to anyone and everyone! Shawndreal was terrific! She watched our puppy who has some separation anxiety while I attended to an appointment. She sent updates and made sure I didn't worry while I was away. She was great at keeping Alaska comforted and gave me peace of mind.

She is AMAZING!! she took care of our little zoo (dog, rabbits, crabs and fish) for 4 weeks in our own house! lots of e-mail updates and very attentive to all their needs.. our dog is older and needs his meds twice a day. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a caring, trustworthy person for their animal companions.
