Kristina was the perfect person to attend to my furry kitties. I think, I am sure she spoiled them for I now have to engage with them more than before. I was hesitant to have someone come to my home but Kristina proofed to be the perfect person. I would highly recommend her and yes she will be my go to person for any of my furry kids. We had a family emergency that required short notice travel that coincided with Thanksgiving week, and we are brand new to Austin. Enter Norman. We picked him because he has been verified and had good reviews. He was very responsive, available for our pets on very short notice, answered all my questions and scheduled a phone call with us to go over pet specifics. Norman is very professional. He checked in every day, sent pictures of the cats, and followed all the instructions perfectly. We highly recommend him and will book him next time we are out of town.

Kaleigh was absolutely amazing taking care of my cat Gossamer while I was out of town! She took thorough photos and left a detailed report card every day. She also brought in a package for me and kept me posted about any questions she had. She’s also super responsive! I’ll absolutely book her again — it’s so awesome and comforting to find a Rover like her :)
