I gave Mckenzie 5 stars because I couldn't give her more! This was the first time using Rover and I was a bit nervous. She took care of our older cat while we were out of town and I couldn't be more pleased. Her kindness, compassion and professionalism eased all my anxiety and apprehension. She was easy to communicate with and kept me up to date with my cat's status. The sweet photos she sent helped me feel closer to my cat. Most importantly, I returned home to a happy and healthy kitty. I will absolutely use her again and high recommend her services.

I’m so glad Aimee was available to take care of my senior cat while we were out of town. In addition to all the necessary cat care services, she helped with a few extra tasks while we were gone. Hannah was so great! This was our first time working with her since both our last rover sitter and we moved and we had no worries at all going out of town and leaving our kitties in her care. She really put our minds at ease with her checkin notes and pictures and with a FaceTime call before we left to go over everything they needed while we were gone.
