Mia She is awesome. I have 2 pups. Both are not that use to others. Mia came in and wow, She was patient and the rest is great history. She is now my person when I have to leave home.

Rachel is amazing and I feel so much better leaving for my vacation knowing she will be stopping by to check in on our cats and give them so love!! She is wonderful with providing updates and fun photos playing with our cats, and even scoops the litter boxes. We truly couldn’t ask for a better caretaker while we are away.

It's our 1st time using the drop-in visit and I was nervous how the whole thing would go. I never felt comfortable having strangers having acceess to the house when we're away for days, but I knew the cats would stress out more being at the boarding place so I took a chance. Initially a friend recommended another professional cat sitter, I met her but didn't feel right. Then I remembered seeing Thi's profile a year ago on Rover she had such amazing reviews I thought I'd contact her. When meeting with Thi and Jace, I felt comfortable with them. I knew they're thr right people I could trust. Thi and Jace went above and beyond the call of duty. I couldn't believe the dishes in the sink were clean too! The house was clean...no cat poo or throw ups everywhere. Everything was clean..the litter box and all. The cats looked happy. They took great care of the cats and left the house in a clean stage. Thank Thi and Jace, for the outstanding care you provided. It's greatly appreciated ✨️💝

Anne is amazing! We brought home our new puppy and were nervous about leaving him home alone for too long and Anne completely eliminates these worries. She treats our animals like her own and will always go to her first when we need a sitter

On time and stayed the requested time. Putting up with a kitten is hard but Madeline figured out just what Rascal needed. We were very happy with her service.

Tatum has been our go to person to drop in on our 3 dogs! Always on time, takes pictures, & give notes to let us know how are the doggies are doing to ease our separation anxiety from our dogs. Fantastic as usual!

Rachel has fantastic follow through and demonstrated dependable professionalism. She showed compassion toward our senior as she accommodated to feeding routines, medications, and reward treats. Rachel also graciously volunteered her services to feed our newly transitioned fish! We received daily updates, personalized communication as needed and pictures to enjoy.

This is the first time we used Dawn; she did an outstanding job in every category. She really is a pet lover for sure. She met all of our times as requested. Loved the report cards she sent to us, loved all of the pictures included. Not was it only a great service, she trained one of our dogs from the light biting or rushing the door when opened.
