I so appreciated Carmen helping me out last minute when my other pet sitter needed to cancel last minute. She and Dee were very sweet and were patient with my shy cats who eventually warmed up to them. I will definitely book them again.
Jessica came to care of our 3 kitties twice a day while we were on vacation, and we felt so much better knowing they were well taken care of. Communication was great, and we looked forward to seeing our daily pictures! Thanks again, Jessica!
Amanda took wonderful care of our cats while we were away! She followed every instruction we left with excellent care and paid close attention to the little details, which gave us so much peace of mind. Her check-ins through the app were incredibly thorough, and she kept us well informed each day with thoughtful updates and photos. She was always responsive, responsible, and clearly cared about making sure our pets were happy and comfortable. Best of all, our cats absolutely loved her! I've used pet sitters in the past, but the best ever was Essence. You'll know straight away after the meet & greet. I was out of town for a 16-day trip and she dropped in every other day to look after my 2x cats, engaged with them, sent me copious photos, and kept the space clean. She was dependable, punctual, highly communicative and responsive. Thank you, Essence.
McKensi was fantastic with our cats while we were aware! We had to book last minute after someone else cancelled, and we are so glad we picked her! The updates she provided were wonderful & she was early each visit! We will absolutely book her for our next trip.
