Eva and Kallven were incredible with my pups! I have two pugs, and every photo they sent had their smiling faces! One of my pups is very high energy, and can sometimes be a bit difficult - but they took amazing care of him! By no doubt my new go to River care takers!

Thi is so sweet was so gentle with my cat, Mouse. She sends regular updates and pictures of your pet while you’re away. My cat had plenty of room and loved spending time on the cat tree. I can tell my cat was well taken care of!

Professional, sent pictures and showed genuine care for my Giant Schnauzer! Roland communicated daily and just made me feel at ease at our meet and greet. He shared tips to improve my dog’s behavior and demonstrated. Thank you Roland and I look forward to scheduling again.

We had a great experience with Mary and Khamtane. They were very reliable and kept us updated regularly, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Communication was excellent! They were responsive, clear, and very easy to work with. It’s obvious they genuinely care about the pets they look after. We would definitely trust them again and highly recommend their services.

Chayanne is amazing with Myles and Tyson. We received pictures throughout their stay. Even during drop off the boys were overly excited to see her again. She remained extra patient and professional during extended flight delays.

Lacey was super responsive and kept us updated the entire time! She took excellent care of little Moka and his needs and we knew he was in good hands while we were away. Moka came back happy and healthy and we will definitely utilize her services again!

We made a great choice leaving our dog “Sushi” with Melissa and her family. I think he felt at home and came back all happy. Certainly we will leave Sushi again with Melissa.

This is my first time using this app. Actually, it my first time actually letting someone watch my dog who doesn't know them so I was a bit worried. Not knowing who to choose from I randomly chose Shang. I am very glad I did. My dog is 15 years old, I had him since 2 months and he is now severely disabled and is going through dementia. Sadly, he is probably on his last days. Nevertheless, they took on the challenge, and it was a challenge. They informed me of everything that was going on and kept my dogs safe and comfortable as much as possible. If everyone on Rover is like these guys then this is the best app to find help for your pets. If I just found a diamond in the ruff (see what I did there), I'm letting you guys know where the diamond is. On top of all of that, they were very affordable. If you ask me, they are under valuing themselves. I may not have been the best customer with my dogs, but they have been the best sitter here so far. Thank you guys again, sorry for all the trouble. Mathew and his wife have become part of Lucy and Charlie’s life! Both pups love spending time with them and have the best experience. We receive daily updates with photos and videos. Constant zoomies at their house!

Was very good with communication. I scheduled drop off a day early by accident and she reached out to see if I was bringing him. Was accommodating with drop off and pickup. Sent pictures and updates. Would recommend.

Timmesha and Joe are fantastic pet sitters. They sent pictures and videos of my dogs every day. They were open and willing to take my recommendations or suggestions, since this is their first time boarding our dogs, particularly because we have a French bulldog, and sometimes they require special attention. They were always prompt with questions and very flexible regarding anything we needed. They have kids, which helps a lot with socializing dogs, and they were also very loving and interactive with our dogs, which we appreciated since a bit of attention goes a long way. I will be booking with this couple moving forward, and for others, I highly recommend that you book with them as well.

Joshua has watched our dog Axel twice now once as a puppy and again recently and both times we've been beyond satisfied with the care he provided.
