House Sitting in Frisco

For months, we had reservations for our two dogs and two cats to stay at a local kennel that we've used for years. Less than three days prior to our departure, the kennel called to tell us they were experiencing some kind of viral infection among the pets in their care. I called our vet and found out it wasn't just that kennel. Several kennels in the area were having the problem. The vet's office advised us to find alternative care. Katherine was on Rover. She was the first person I reached out to that day. She even was able to come by for a meet & greet the same day! Our dogs loved her! Even the cats! She wanted to learn the pets schedules and did a great job keeping them on the schedules while we were away. Katherine sent photos and checked in every day. We were uneasy having someone we didn't know staying at our home for a week and caring for our pets, but Katherine came through for us. We would be happy to have Katherine back any time! I'm sure the furry babies agree!

Karina did a great job taking care of my dachshund, Bug! This was my first time using Rover, so I was a little nervous going into it. She offered to stop by the week before the booking so we could meet beforehand, which definitely helped me feel more comfortable. She also sent several pictures throughout the day of the booking, which I appreciated. Bug is very shy with new people, but he eventually warmed up to Karina and was even sitting on her lap, which is pretty rare for him with someone he doesn’t know! I also live in an apartment that can be tricky to access, especially since I was traveling and had to leave before Karina arrived. She was understanding and flexible, and we were able to figure out a workaround. The logistics of the booking were a little unconventional, but she made it work and took good care of Bug. I’d be happy to book with her again!

Amazing pet sitter! Ajah took care of our 2 cats and puppy! Also, we had some unusual circumstances that delayed our arrival home and Ajah was a lifesaver! If I could give her 10 stars I would! Highly recommend !

I was originally nervous about leaving my babies for a week, as it was one of the longest times I’ve been away from them. Isabell made sure they had everything they needed, provided updates along the way, and gave them love and attention while I was gone. I came home to a clean house and happy animals, which is always the most important thing! I appreciate her help and the care she provided while I was away!

I can’t say enough great things about Maria! She took great care of our dogs. We got frequent updates on how the dogs were doing and felt comfortable that they were in good hands! She kept our house very clean, even washing and drying all our sheets and towels on the last day. We will be using her again!

I recently recused a sweet pup and unfortunately last minute had to go on a short trip. I was nervous leaving her for the first time but not only Alyssa agree to sit for me last minute she did SO great with my sweet rescue. She requires so much patience and Alyssa gave her so much patience and grace. I will most definitely be using her in the future!!

Sarah was great! Very communicative the entire time and did her absolute best to give our dog the best experience staying with her. Could not recommend her enough!

If I could give more stars ⭐️ I would! Patti was just awesome. So professional and kind. The pups were well taken care of and so was the house. She left the sweetest little momentos of her stay and our trip. Feels like we found our “forever Rover”; or the Rover we will use as long as Patti continues to Rover. She really is leagues above the others.

Maria is so attentive and communicative. She keeps us updated the entire time we are gone and lets us know exactly what is going on with our pets. Our shiba has accepted her into our home, which is an accomplishment in itself. She is awesome and we will continue to book her!

Sara was awesome! She took great care of our dogs and left the house just as we left it! Our dogs are finicky and have a couple of hard to manage quirks, but she handled them with grace and professionalism. She sent regular updates and communicated clearly and concisely, which I appreciated. I would definitely book her again to look after our pups!
