Thank you Angela for agreeing to a last minute emergency booking! A hired person sitter quit and I was in a difficult situation. Angela was on time and prompt communication. Cassandra did an amazing job sitting Shadow! Every day, she provided an extremely detailed report of how he did. She went above and beyond, providing free training services (again, very detailed and professional), and even cleaned the house so that's even cleaner than when we left it! We had such a wonderful experience with our Rover sitter! Leaving Remington is never easy for me, but I felt completely at peace knowing she was in such loving hands. From the start, communication was clear, consistent, and thoughtful. I received regular updates, which meant so much and truly helped me relax while I was away. Remington was happy and comfortable. When I got home, she was calm, well cared for, and in great condition — which says everything. It’s obvious she was treated like family, not just a booking. Dakota was a wonderful house sitter for our elderly dogs (3) and cats (2). He left the house in great shape and sent daily updates about our pets during his 3 night stay. We have also used him for drop ins and he has been timely and communicative in all situations. We plan to hire Dakota again in the future!

Jinna was fantastic! My fiance and I ended up having our trip canceled multiples times, and we rescheduled a smaller trip later in the week. Jinna was very responsive and flexible with all the changes. When she did finally get a chance to watch our pup, she was very communicative and sent lots of updates! You can tell she truly cares and loves all the animals she encounters. Definitely recommend!
