This was our first time using rover and it was very last minute. We told him that he didn’t have to do anything more than check food & water and take care of our litter box. He went above and beyond!! Every day we got lots of pictures, a detailed text of his visit. We have cameras in the home and saw that not only did he say hello to our cats but he would play with them too. He also left us a sweet thank you note on our counter after his last visit. I can’t say enough good things about his service and how at ease he made us feel during the process. We will definitely continue to use him in the future :)

I can't say enough good things about having Joshua as our cat's pet sitter while we were away on vacation. He's very professional, prompt, communicative, and gave our boy lots of attention during his check-ins. We enjoyed reading through his entertaining Rover cards each day too!

Mell is fantastic! She loved on my cat Milo while I was out of town for a few days. She sent lots of pictures and videos with her updates, which I really appreciated. I know Milo loved Mell because he gave her purrs and let her give belly rubs! I will be using Mell when I need a pet sitter again and would highly recommend Mell if you need a pet sitter for your cat.

Kellie was absolutely phenomenal. The moment Kellie came over to meet my pets, a good two weeks before my travel, I knew my fur babies would be in trustworthy, caring and knowledgeable hands. Kellie made sure she understood the needs of both my animals and understood what was needed to make sure they felt safe and loved in my absence. Kelli checked in with me multiples times a day, letting me know what was going on. She also went above and beyond what was required of her, from making sure my garbage cans were on the curb for pick-up day to watering my plants. If you are on the fence with using Rover to care for your pets while you are traveling or at work, I get it. I was too, but rest assured that will Kellie your cherished fur babies are safe and taken care of, and your home is not at risk.

Tamaria kindly checked in on my cat when I needed someone very last minute over the holidays. She is extremely fast to respond and sends regular updates, including plenty of pictures. My cat is very shy around new people but warmed up quickly to Tamaria with a few treats of encouragement! I recommend Tamaria and will certainly reach out to her in the future.

Jordan went above and beyond to make our cats and parrots comfortable. It was such a relief to know someone was looking in on them and giving them some attention while we were gone!
