Lesley did an amazing job with my dog. She showed up to some workers who had accidentally let him out and she was able to find him and get him back home safe. She was available last minute and communicated everything with me. Will definitely use her again!

Hannah did a great job, she showed up on time, was attentive and played with Lancelot, even putting up with his multiple “going to the back door but I don’t actually want to go outside” shenanigans. As long as she’s available I will use her again. Good luck on finding a a full time job Hannah!

Melody is a fantastic sitter! She watched our ferret for 5 days and everything went great. Incredible communication and daily checkins made our out of town trip a lot easier. Definitely recommend to others!

Outstanding!! Seriously…the amount of care Leslie took with our dog was nothing short of amazing. This was my first time using Rover. I was a little nervous because this was short notice, but Leslie was great. She circled back in messages and made herself available in the event we couldn’t find anyone else. She came over the same day and won all of us over. She arrived on time and took our dog on great walks. The central air went out - not only did she offer to contact management, she offered to stay until it was fixed. I declined and she then offered return to make sure it was fixed at no charge for any of it, just to make sure Brooklyn was ok. Book Leslie. Period. I have never boarded or left my dog at home. Next time I go out of town, I’m reaching out to Leslie! Thank You Leslie!!!

Caleb is amazing! He offered a meet and greet prior to our booking. After explaining my cat is skittish, Caleb still wanted to see Charlie, attempted to greet him, but respected his personal space! I booked an impromptu overnight and Caleb was available for a drop in and he even brought in my garbage can! I appreciate Caleb and look forward to our continued partnership!

I would highly recommend Ada for any pet sitting needs! I had to leave my two dogs for an entire week and I was very nervous about leaving them for that long. Ada exceeded all expectations! She was accommodating with all of my requests including several visits per day, several walks per day, and several pictures and video at every single visit. I was notified via text every time a visit started and ended. She even walked my dogs separately since they can be difficult to walk together! She really went above and beyond to make both me and my dogs feel comfortable. I can guarantee that if you use Ada as your pet sitter, she will treat your dogs like they are her own. Sindney is deserving of more stars than five. My family and I are animal lovers and we take turns going out of town so each of us can watch each other’s pets. However, we were missing out on some really good family experiences together so we had been discussing using Rover for a while. So coming into the experience, I had the usual hesitancy and immediately put my hesitancy and concerns to rest. I had to travel out of town with a very last-minute decision to take the entire entire family so I reached out to her last minute and she responded quickly. Her communication was top-notch and prompt and professional. She went over and beyond with the type of love and care she provided for my four-year-old. Great Dane… She sent photos and updates very promptly to when she was supposed to arrive for the visit… And it was very obvious my great Dane baby was being spoiled! Definitely gained some repeat customers for myself and Baby, but also future clients in my parents who have been hesitating on leaving there two dogs with someone. Highly recommended, Sidney! Especially if this is your first time experiencing Rover.
