Haylee was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we booked, she was warm, communicative, and incredibly professional. She kept me updated with frequent messages and the cutest photos, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. My pet came home happy, relaxed, and clearly very well cared for. It’s obvious that Haylee truly loves what she does and treats every animal like her own. She also left everything spotless, which I really appreciated. Alicia was the best. She came to visit prior to our vacation and took notes on all of the things. She was so good with our cat, a great communicator, and went above and beyond - even going to get more litter when we ran out. She never once made me feel like I was being overprotective or asking too much! This was our first time using Rover and we will definitely be booking with her again!

Michaela has taken care of my cats multiple times. She takes good care of them and they seem to like her. I appreciate the updates and photos that she sends me. I will be using her again in the future and highly recommend her.
