Always amazing and our favorite! Lana has been helping us for a while now, and every time it’s been a blessing having her around helping us with our pets. We had our third meet-and-greet and it went incredibly well. It’s clear how patient, attentive, and genuinely caring Michael is with our dogs. With each visit, our dogs have become more comfortable, which has given us so much peace of mind. We feel very confident and excited to have him take care of our dogs and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and kind.

Carla was available with short notice on a holiday when our plans changed and we needed help with Jet. We really appreciate that! And the service was great. I got 11 pics for a drop in. Highly recommend!

After meeting Stephen, I felt very comfortable leaving my fur babies (dog and cat) home while I left for a vacation. Stephen is very knowledgeable in pet health and pet care and that gave me peace of mind in leaving them in his care. The check ins that come thru the app are very reassuring, and even though I missed them I was confident they were being well taken care of. Elle is wonderful punctual and incredibly attentive with our five cats. Everyone seemed happy. Really happy with her especially as we were in a bit of a bind!

My dogs really love when she comes to visit them. She always kept me up to date and took wonderful pictures. It made me feel better that she was so good with them. She did a wonderful job with them.

Anran was an excellent caretaker for my cat Brock while I was out of town for two weeks. Her communications were thorough and timely during our booking, and she performed all tasks as requested. Highly recommended, and will definitely book with her again in the future!
