I cannot say enough nice things about Valerie. I’ve used a few other sitters before and the dogs always seemed a little shell-shocked or anxious when we came back. I always assumed this was just their normal, but then we tried Valerie. Not only was Valerie early to every single check in and clearly took the time to get to know our dogs, they are both so calm and happy. They aren’t anxious, despite both of them having multiple known anxiety triggers present (absence of both of us, rain, and a modified feeding schedule). I cannot recommend Valerie enough. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Sebastian is on time and great with Renny. He gets him fed, gets his water and lets him outside at the scheduled time!

Alyssa is the best!! She's checked on my two cats several times now and it is such a relief knowing she is there. Alyssa does a fantastic job with my sometimes cranky cats and has become my first call when I go out of town!

Re-booked Jennifer and Jonathan for drop in visits and walks while we were away for an extended weekend trip. They were fantastic as usual! Very accommodating for late night visits and trustworthy experience with handling both a younger, more energetic husky mix and an older 15yr senior lab mix w waning stamina. Will continue to seek their services for future getaways.

Mahmooda was amazing! Wonderful communication and gorgeous photos while I was gone. My cats (who generally don’t like anyone lol) became very fond of her. Highly recommend and will be rebooking with her in the future!

From our very first interaction, her professionalism stood out — she follows up promptly, keeps thorough documentation of tasks and routines, and has been incredibly flexible working around our busy schedules without ever missing a beat. What really won us over, though, is how much Stella and Chewy adore her. That kind of trust from pets doesn’t come easily, and it tells you everything you need to know. We always feel completely at ease knowing they’re in her care. If you’re looking for someone reliable, communicative, and genuinely great with animals — look no further. Amanda is great. Second time she’s watched my kitty. She’s really good about giving you status updates and taking very cute Rover card pictures.

Haley was fantastic! She was always on time and stayed for the full 30 minutes. Her write ups were thorough and so fun to read. You can tell that she really loves dogs and enjoys her time with them. She was great at getting our puppy to engage with her and I can see an improvement in his behavior since he'd been able to get our some energy during the day. Will definitely book again!

We had a great experience with Casandra and will definitely be reaching out to her again for future trips! She was very responsive and was great with our pups despite some attitude from them at first. She provided several pictures/videos per visit. That was such a nice thing since we were missing our girls. Felt like we never left! I’d recommend Casandra to anyone needing a sitter.
