Shayla was so great! She was super communicative and thoughtful. She loved on Maisie like she was her own. She went above and beyond helping with a few other things we needed done while we were home. We had a wonderful experience with Mercedes! She stayed overnight with our three dogs, followed their medication schedule and special diets perfectly, and paid close attention to every detail. She sent lots of photos and updates, was reliable, kind, and communicative, and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. We’d absolutely book with her again!
