Dog Boarding in Helotes

My dog came home, so happy absolutely would recommend! Jackie sent me pictures every day so I had nothing to worry about. I could tell she was happy.

Robin did an amazing job! I got daily updates with photos to let me know how my pup was doing. Will definitely be booking again the next time I’m out of town.

Fernando is very professional and friendly. He did a great job taking care of my dog Louie, and sent some nice pictures, which updated me on a daily basis regarding Louie's wellbeing. I would recommend and use him again!

This is our third time leaving our precious little Willy at their house. She was with them for 12 days, she immediately adjusted and was happy the first day and had a great experience. Wouldn’t have some fun reception for most of the time, but they still continue to send us pictures every day and updates and occasionally when we had reception, it was nice to see pictures of our cute dog. She was loved like family!

So happy we found Kelly! Her place is amazing with lots of land. Our Coco was able to exercise and play with other dogs and was the happiest pup ever when we picked her up. We got lots of pictures and I can tell she had a wonderful time. Its obvious that Kelly loves animals and any pup staying with her is in the best of hands!

Kathy was great! We had last minute plans that happened to be on Labor day weekend. She had a availability and in less than a week we had the meet & greet done and the details all worked out. Kathy is very flexible and super accommodating, we really appreciate her!!

5 stars is not enough. If I could give them 10 stars I definitely would. These guys are phenomenal! We have a 10 lb Yorkie. He’s extremely shy and uncomfortable around other dogs. We sent him to popular boarding center in the past only to be disappointed with the lack of attention our baby received. A family member referred us to Jeanelly & Wilber. This beautiful couple welcomed us into their home for a meet and greet and put all of our fears to rest. We left confidently for our vacation knowing our boy was in excellent hands. We received daily videos and photos of him and it was evident that he was happy and well cared for. Their love and affection for animals is unmatched. They treated our puppy like he was their own. We will use them again in the future without hesitation.

Karen cared for our Watusi while we were out of town for a week and she did such an amazing job! We did a meet and greet beforehand and Karen was sure to ask thoughtful questions to ensure the best stay for our girl. She was very thorough and communicative the entire time we were gone and sent lots of “pupdates” which we loved. I could tell by the daily updates that Watusi felt right at home and was having a great little staycation. Karen put us at ease and went above and beyond in caring for our girl. We will absolutely be re-booking with her when we travel next. She is fantastic!

Jorge was fantastic with Bellatrix and Cersei! From the beginning, he was communicative, reliable, and followed all of my care instructions exactly as requested. I really appreciated the frequent updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that my girls were well cared for and getting plenty of attention. I would absolutely book with Jorge again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy pet sitter!

Steal and Vivek were great with our pup! They easily kept up with her energetic demeanor, walked her and played with her. Their children got to play with her too, which was a bonus for us as she loves kids. We got updates at least once a day (usually twice) with photos and videos letting us know she was having fun. I would definitely recommend booking them, they'll take great care of your pet!

Breanna was absolutely phenomenal! My dog barely accepts anyone and hes a 4 year old male protective Catahoula and he was super comfy at her house. He loved her doggies and came back tired :D. What more can a mama ask for? I wouldn't change anything on how she cared for him. He loved it. We will always be coming here when he needs a sitter and play time ?❤

If you want to travel with peace of mind, you won't find more professional people with excellent communication skills. Absolutely recommended 💯 They are the best 🙌

Dave and his family took great care of our dog. He sent updates throughout the day to let us know how our dog was doing. We will definitely use Dave and his family again in the future.

Lili is our go to dog sitter. She stayed with our dog for an extended period of time and even gave him a bath before we picked him up. Her video updates are always fun to watch. Again, I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Carlson took wonderful care of Philly and Taylor while we were away! She sent daily updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. She was communicative, reliable, and so kind with our senior dog, Philly, even when he had a couple of accidents. We came home to two happy, well-cared-for dogs, and we’re so grateful for everything she did. We’d absolutely book with Carlson again and highly recommend her!

Arlene and her family are a Godsend. They take EXCELLENT care of my Great-Pyredane, Leighlah. I know that she’s in excellent hands. They take her on walks and Leighlah really enjoys her time with them.

Martin took care of Pai. Taught her to walk properly. I love the video he walked the dog. Definitely Pai will come back when we are going out of town.

Sabrina was amazing! She was able to accept my dog last minute, and was great at sending updates and keeping him comfortable. Highly recommend her for boarding!

Tom and Shelly always take such good care of Winston. They send updates and photos and he comes home so happy and well cared for. Thank you guys!
