Amanda is reliable and responsive. Before our trip Amanda was helpful in explaining the process and reassuring in her demeanor. She took great care of my cats and communicated helpful updates while we were away. I will definitely call on her again!

Genesis was a great pet sitter, taking wonderful care of both of our cats. She arrived on time and took care of all requested items. We will definitely be using her again! She's also great about sending videos and pictures and leaving a Rover card each day. Highly recommend.

Suzanne was great! She worked with me for just the right schedule of stop-in visits and overnights to take care of my anxious cat. Watered plants and generally looked after everything. Made the trip better knowing she was here.

Erica is a very hard working lady and she is willing to do whatever it takes to earn our kitties trust while we're away. I felt totally at ease knowing that they were in her capable hands. She even checked on them on her own time just to be sure they were okay. We will definitely be using her services again in the future.

Kyla was tremendous in taking such great care of our kitties, Harley and Miley. We had a great peace of mind knowing that she was caring for them. I hope she is available next time we need her services. If I could rate her higher than 5 stars, I definitely would do that.

Teja did an excellent job caring for our cat. She followed all instructions. Our cat is usually shy but she warmed right up to teja because of her skill with animals.

Kimberly was great! She took excellent care of my cat while I was away. I was able to relax knowing she was making sure he was spoiled as usual. Lol!!

Relocating from Los Angeles to Tyler for my residency at UT Tyler was stressful, and I was especially worried about leaving my fur babies, Luna P and Washington, with a sitter during the holidays for a whole week. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Raul. He kept me updated throughout the week with pictures and thoughtful texts, even asking for specific details to ensure he was meeting my pets' needs. Raul was on top of everything, and it was clear he truly cared about my bbs. Washington, who is very shy and nervous around strangers, warmed up to Raul by day three and was even playing with him! Knowing my pets were in such good hands allowed me to fully enjoy my time with family, without any worries. I highly recommend Raul. He is trustworthy, responsible, and reliable—qualities I truly appreciated during such a busy and stressful time.
