House Sitting in Houston

Merilyn is the best there is! We had Merilyn sit for our dogs while we traveled out of town for the weekend. Let me paint the picture… Our dogs are velcro dogs and we are their emotional support humans lol so I was a little nervous leaving. Our dachshund can be standoffish around new people and I was nervous he wouldn’t love the idea of someone new. Incomes Merilyn! Our meet and greet was at the beginning of the month and we were set to leave a few weeks later. Merilyn was happy to come back the night before we left one more time before she stayed for the weekend so the dogs could remember her which made me feel so comfortable. Something I appreciated so much was her intuition and ability to read the dogs body language. She very much allowed our dachshund to adjust to her at his own pace. She engaged with him on his terms and before the day was done he was in love with her! While we were away, Merilyn provided us with updates, photos and videos of our dogs frequently without us having to ask her. If I checked in it was because I wanted to, not because I felt like she was MIA. Merilyn was also very flexible with us as our flight home was delayed due to bad weather, she had no issues with extra time and that was a huge stress reliever. When we returned home our dogs were walked, fed and the place was just as we left it. I would recommend Merilyn to anyone who wants someone to love their dogs like they do 🐶🥰 thanks Merilyn!

This team came to me at the last minute to help out with my dog who had been having seizures. I literally cannot tell you how fantastic they are. Absolutely wonderful! Would love to use you again and again.

Daniela did a great job watching our two cats for the weekend! She sent lots of pictures and regularly kept in touch which put our minds at ease while we were away. Would definitely use Daniela again!

Stephanie took SUCH GOOD CARE of my babies and home. My pups were so happy spending time with her. She is a very natural and tender with dogs, CRAZY TIDY, super sweet, and a really cool person. I’m so glad we know her and I will be rebooking every chance I get!!

Stephanie is great! She sends detailed updates and takes great care of my senior pup. I have used her a couple of times now and will definitely use again!

Marissa was great with our 17 year old Sofie. She stayed in our home and was very responsible. Her communication was wonderful. Sofie liked her, which was what’s most important; the stroller walks together sealed the deal. It’s always nerve wracking to have someone new in your home, but you don’t have to worry about Marissa. I would not hesitate to use her services again.

Extremely responsive and detail-oriented, with grooming services as well :) we received multiple amazing photos of our pup which was a huge plus. We will definitely be booking again and recommending to our friends!

Aly took great care of our girls while we were away. She kept us updated throughout our trip with photos and messages, which gave us great peace of mind. She was thoughtful, reliable, and clearly cared for our pets as if they were her own. Aly also kept our home spotless, and went above and beyond by helping water our plants. We came home to happy pups and a well-cared-for house. We would gladly book with Aly again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive pet sitter.

Jordan was amazing with my animals. She came twice before my trip to meet my 2 cats and dog and was open, kind, and eased my anxiety to leave on a short trip. While I was away, she sent pictures and followed the animals schedule exactly, which made for an easy transition back home. I highly recommend her and will definitely be reaching out to her in the future. My animals and I thank you Jordan!

Hannah was amazing. She sent pictures every day - kept everything clean. Even tried to continue training with Precious ( a very difficult dog). I can not think of a better sitter. I could not recommend a better sitter. Thank you so much.

I can’t say enough good things about Mace. He pet sat our two dogs, two indoor cats, and one outdoor cat. Our animals immediately loved him, even the two shy ones who usually take a while to warm up. Mace sent us daily pictures of the animals and also gave us updates. We came home to very happy and well cared for animals. Our Husky is usually stressed if we have to go away, but she showed no signs of stress when we came home. I would 100% recommend Mace to anyone who wants an outstanding pet sitter. We will definitely use him again.

Kass was amazing!! When she first met Ashley, Ashley immediately loved her! Kass was super responsive and asked all of the right questions to make me feel like she knew what she was doing. She gave me updates and was awesome with getting to Ashley! I absolutely recommend and I know Ashley will be excited for her to come back!

Jacquelyn is so wonderful. Super communicative, reliable, and amazing with my special needs dog possum. I use her services almost every week (both house sitting and drop ins) and she always gives 10 star care!!
