She understands the individual needs of your pet and accomodates them; she is equally great in her flexibility with scheduling and great with communication. She found mentally stimulating activities to do with my dog every stay; and her children helped him socialize and get acclimated to kids- something new for him. Carmen took great care of our dog! This was our second time having our dog stay with Carmen and we would do it again and again! She kept us updated and did fun activities with her.
