Brandi is awesome! She is thoughtful. While we were out of the country, she sent a message about a freeze warning and asked if we had a smart thermostat to keep our house warm for our pet.

Emily and Carlos are fantastic! We have a fur family of five, each with their own unique personality, and they treated every one of my pets and my home with the utmost kindness and respect. They even managed to win over my chihuahua, who isn’t as open to new people as the other dogs! Plus, they handled my rambunctious young Pyrenees, who can be a handful even for me. Terri was awesome with my fur babies. She sent pictures and videos. She cuddled and played with them and followed all medication directions. I will definatly be rebooking her in the future.

There is nothing that makes me happier than when I can leave a good review for someone. This, however, is to be a GREAT review! Emma is a most caring and efficient pet sitter. She does exactly what she says she'll do and follows through. Our cat, Heidi, is not always comfortable with new people and can be one who never comes out and runs when she sees them. Emma had Heidi warmed up to her in the first 24 hours. Emma took excellent care of her that you knew was from the heart, not just a job. She kept the litter box clean and the surroundings swept up.It is hard to leave any animal in the care of another, but we felt completely at ease at all times. I only hope that Emma will be available whenever I need her. I sincerely thank her for the wonderful care of our 18 year old fur baby.

Joseph was so great with our elderly cat! She was a bit sick while he was here and he was kind enough to clean up her messes for us. Will definitely trust our girl with Joseph again!

Vickie and her daughter did a wonderful job caring for my kitty while I was out of town! They are reliable and really like spending time with pets. I had peace of mind while I was out of town knowing that my cat was not lonely as he got plenty of attention. Loved the pictures too! I will definitely book again in the future. Thank you!

Erica went above and beyond! Accepted my super last minute booking request for my dog who was sick. My dog had a poo accident through the house and Erica even cleaned it up for us. Absolutely did not expect her to clean up. So very appreciated!!

Cheyenne was an absolute godsend. We were out of town for 6 days and she ensured that our dog had everything she needed. Prompt, communicative, and super caring. Can not recommend her more to anyone who is looking to try Rover for the first time!!
