Tamara dropped in to clean our cat's litter box, refresh her water, and refill her food. She also brought in packages that had been delivered which was very nice!! Communication was a bit spotty because her phone accidentally got stuck on silence, but I am sure the cat did not notice!! She is a hider anyway!

He was very responsive, available for our pets on very short notice, answered all my questions and scheduled a phone call with us to go over pet specifics. Norman is very professional. He checked in every day, sent pictures of the cats, and followed all the instructions perfectly. We highly recommend him and will book him next time we are out of town.
