We’ve been using Rover for a few years now. My wife and I take a lot of short trips and an occasional long trip. Being able to know our cats are well cared for when we are not here means we can have peace of mind when we travel. Brian was great. Cats were in great shape when we got home. Lauren was absolutely wonderful with Kann! Her communication was top-notch — she kept me updated throughout the entire visit and sent so many great photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. She was thorough and attentive, making sure Kann was fed, his litter box was cleaned, and he had plenty of playtime. It was clear she genuinely cared about his comfort and wellbeing. Kann warmed up to her right away, and I could tell he was in great hands. I would highly recommend Lauren to any pet owner and will definitely be booking with.

Katherine did a great job. We returned after 10 days and found the cats to be in good shape and their area clean. Katherine also helped us by watering our patio plants and they look great as well.
