Dog Boarding in Lakeway

Lucia is a wonderful dog sitter. Captain stayed with her and her two dogs. Captain had a great time with everyone. Lucia was very flexible in scheduling and was very accommodating when I had a travel change. She would send me regular updates with pictures. She took Captain on his normal walks and to the local parks for him to play with and get all of his energy out. She even gave him a gnawing toy when he cried in his kennel. Would highly recommend and would book again with her.

Grant and Ashley took such great care of Izzy and it looked like she was having fun! Would definitely trust them to care of Izzy in the future.

My first time using Rover. Linh was great! She provided updates and pictures even though it was not requested. Great location and great communication!

Mercedes is the best! Our puppy loves going over there and always comes back clearly having worked on his training. He is SO loved at Mercedes house!

This was my first ever booking with Rover and I was a bit apprehensive. However Erik just mitigated all my concerns out. He is amazingly responsive-there was not a single message to him (right from the preliminary ones, to the meet and greet to dropping off our pet and to the pick up) then went unanswered for more than 5 mins. When someone is so good at messaging it automatically puts your mind at ease. What is great about Erik is its not that him thats involved-its his family as well between his wife and his son. They were all hands on with my Austin including feeding him, walking him etc. My pet got a lot of walks during the time he spent (and we got to know thanks to the many video and photo updates we got). We were at peace during our holiday as we kept getting these videos and photos and knew Austin is being well taken care of. Will definitely recommend Erik for anyone looking to take care of their pets. Thank you Erik and family

Five star stay! Chuck was professional and communicative. And most significantly, he was so patient with my dog Bergy and willing to work with him on some challenging behaviors. He definitely is very experienced with dogs of various personalities and needs. He was very attune to Bergy and it was obvious Bergy felt at home within a short period of time. I'm also grateful he was willing to watch Bergy while he was sick. Thank you, Chuck! Would definitely book again!

My dog Abby walked right into Angie's house and made herself at home. Abby seemed very happy to stay at Angie's house and hang out with her big dog Floyd. Angie was very easy to communicate with and she regularly sent photos. I'd be happy to have her watch Abby again.

Gabriel and Savannah always take great care of our puppies. They are loving dog parents themselves and we appreciate them taking care of ours like their own!

I honestly don’t even want to write this review because I’d love to gate keep Kerrigan forever. Hands down the best Rover sitter we’ve had in Austin. From the start, she was in constant communication, sending updates, photos, and videos where my pups looked like they were having the absolute time of their lives. She walked them every day, sometimes twice, and even let them play in her pool which was such a bonus. When we came back from our trip, our pups were not interested in leaving the oasis that was their backyard. If Kerrigan will have us again, we are 1000% booking her in the future!

marissa always does such an amazing job taking care of our little uchi boy and he loves staying there! lots of photos and updates and he always comes home one happy boy!

Michael did a great job with Tigger!! I really appreciated the great way he had with all the dogs. I’m really grateful as Tigger really loves to be cared for by him too.

Juan was absolutely wonderful with my dog! He was quick to respond and accommodating for us. He sent me updates while I was away which was very nice. My dog seemed to love her stay and we will definitely be using Juan again!
