Youjin is excellent!!! She is so good and patient with my pup Kash. You can tell how much she loves the doggies she takes care of. She sent me regular updates and pics. Kash and her pup had a wonderful time together and are best friends now. I will absolutely be using her again and I highly recommend her to anyone!

Christian has been an excellent pet caretaker. I left my red heeler with him for a week and I see it in my dog’s face. He was happy to be there and the treatment as to my dog and me is second to none. Will trust him again with all three of my pets that I have I do recommend his services. Excellent person.

We found ourselves in need of a safe and trustworthy location to care for our furry family member, due to a family members passing. Our usual go to person was booked due to the Independence Day holiday. A friend suggested we try the Rover App. This led us to Donessa. Not only did she welcome Nash into her home on short notice, she cared for him like he was a member of her own family. She’s exceptionally communicative, kind and supportive oh his needs. Maria is a fantastic sitter all the way around. She went above and beyond the sitter role and made my senior puppy feel like she was at a second home. My pup is a 16-year-old super senior with lots of late lifestage needs and Maria was very attentive to everything I shared as well as sent me lots of updates while we were away. I would absolutely use her again and recommend her to anyone considering overnight services.

Yulia was absolutely amazing with our dog, Tiny, during our Christmas vacation. Tiny usually takes time to warm up to new sitters, but he fell in love with Yulia surprisingly quickly, which says a lot about her care and patience. She kept us very well informed with frequent updates, photos, and videos throughout the day. Her communication was excellent, thoughtful, and reassuring. She paid close attention to Tiny’s behavior, followed our instructions carefully, and adjusted based on how he was feeling, always prioritizing his comfort and safety. From her updates, it was clear that Tiny was happy, well cared for, and truly at home with her. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and would absolutely trust Yulia with Tiny again. Madison was great with khaleesi, sent me pictures daily of how my pup was doing in her own. I appreciate her and her family keeping my love safe and happy while I was away!

Very friendly, lovely place, with room to play. I love that she had always had other dogs, for mine to play with. They kept in contact, sent pictures and videos. Overall, very happy with Bellas stay there.

Winnie doesn’t like to leave the house, but Mary was sweet and patient with her; and she had plenty of attention and playtime! Will definitely book with Mary again!
