Kelli was so caring with my Lab Mix Hershey, she made sure to introduce all the dogs gradually instead of all at once and made him feel like part of the family!

Gloria is great! Especially for last minute bookings. Patch always has a fabulous time and she gives lots of updates. She’s one of the best!

Amber is a wonderful sitter. She cared for our Max like he was part of her family and it gave me a sense of comfort and relief knowing that he was in great hands. She will always be my first choice of care.

First time using Rover and Jordan made it a great experience. I received pictures and a video through out the day. I would recommend Jordan to anyone looking for someone to watch their beloved pet.

Amazing care as always! Gonzo, my pup, wears a Fi collar and when he's at Heidi's he plays SO MUCH! He's not even 2 yet so his energy is always high and playful. She's so kind and he gets to play all day with Smokey and friends. I love that Heidi let's them come in and out all day. He eats fresh food and she takes great care to make sure he eats and that his food isn't cold. She even took pictures of him and printed them, which was so kind! 😍 We love bringing Gonzo to Heidi's and he's always super excited to arrive from the moment he turn into the street her neighborhood is on. Thank you so much for your help with Gonzo!

I booked same day when the power was still out at my apartment and Thuy was extremely accommodating as always! She’s very responsive, sends frequent pictures and updates, and takes care of Keiko like her own. Will be back.
