This was our first time using Rover.com. We are so happy that we chose Jessica. She came by a week in advance to meet our cats and to get the key and check out where everything was. We were immediately taken with her professionalism and she made us feel a lot less nervous about leaving on our three-day trip. While we were gone she took care of everything we'd asked her to do. She followed all our instructions AND some. And she gets five stars for litter box duties! She sent us pictures every day and we were able to relax. Highly recommend this lady!
