Ellie was great in every way. Great communicator and prompt. She handled my high maintenance, rambunctious terrier well. Always a plus because she’s no cakewalk. The house was spotless, as if she was never here. Would definitely recommend her for your pet sitting needs.

Mariah has been one of the best Rover sitters I’ve used. I booked her far in advance for a recent family trip. Not only did she swing by for a meet and greet, but also offered to come by a second time leading up to the trip to go over things. She was extremely thorough and communicative while we were away. I received lots of pictures. It felt less of a business transaction and more like someone who actually cares and takes a lot of pride in their work. Would definitely book again.

We loved having Grant house sit our dog Rose. Rose is incredibly picky with who she is comfortable with and she was instantly at ease with Grant. His calm energy was amazing. He gave us great updates and photos and left our house spotless as well. We highly recommend Grant, we were so pleased with our experience with him!!

Jazelina is the best dog sitter we’ve ever had. She took her of Sunny as her own. She even took her out for puppy ice cream and everything. Jazelina and her boyfriend stayed at my house and took great care of it. I 110% recommend Them to take care of your babies! ❤️ She is simply the sweetest. And she kept me informed and sent me pictures the whole time. Truly the best dog sitter ever.

Kat stayed in our home for the weekend to sit our cat. She was lovely to work with. She took the time to come over for an intro and a walk-through in advance of our trip and was communicative leading up to and during. We received lots of photos and updates which put our minds at ease so we could enjoy our vacation. She was very tidy and I would welcome her into our home again.

We had the BEST experience with Nicole! She was so incredibly caring with Winston - she cuddled with him, took him out multiple times, kept him fed, and sent us lots of photo and video updates so we always knew how he was doing. It’s clear she truly loves dogs, and Winston absolutely adored her. We would recommend her in a heartbeat and will definitely book with her again!

Clair was fantastic! She stayed in our home with our two large dogs while we were away in Spain. She gave us complete peace of mind the entire trip. She sent daily updates and photos, which we really appreciated. It was obvious how much care and attention she gave them. Our dogs absolutely loved her. She also took wonderful care of our home and left everything in great shape. I highly recommend Alexa as a pet sitter! To start, I used Rover a lot in the past with our previous dog- we would use sitters and host dogs. When we moved to Austin 6 years ago, we used Rover a couple of times, but we had negative experiences both times. I was hesitant to use Rover again, and I was especially hesitant to leave our new puppy with a "stranger." This was also the first time we used the option to have a babysitter come to our house vs. bring our pet(s) to their home. I'm SO GLAD we found Alexa, because our experience was positive and I wouldn't hesitate to have her take care of our pets again. We asked Alexa to care for our 15-week-old puppy and our three cats. Anyone who has had a puppy knows that they are not easy because they need lots of potty breaks, supervised play time, and lots of corrections. Alexa was really able to meet our pup's needs over the four-day period she was sitting. I anticipated that the rain could've given her trouble (our puppy HATES going potty in wet grass), but Alexa did a great job adjusting so that he would have some dry spots. Alexa also gave GREAT care to our kitties. Two of the cats have a lot of needs in terms of attention and snuggles, and all three of the cats seemed to really take to her! Communication: There was a never a point where I was left in the dark. Alexa sent 2 summaries a day, including LOTS of pics and videos. It was great to see that everyone seemed to be having fun and to not have to worry about what was going on. In addition, Alexa was great communicating with key pick up / drop off and schedule! We came home and everything was very clean and the pets were all happy. Overall, we will definitely book Alexa's babysitting services again. I'm confident she'll be able to care for our puppy as he reaches adulthood, and I know he'll have a great time hanging out with her again!

I had a wonderful house / pet sitting experience with Kaitlyn. Her exceptional reliability and timely communications/updates provided much appreciated travel peace of mind and both of my dogs were happy and healthy. She was very attentive to my "girls" too - even quickly reacting and caring for a heat rash that developed on one of them. Lastly, she took great care of my house too - leaving it clean and tidy. We'll definitely use Kaitlyn for future sittings.
