Dog Boarding in McKinney

Britney was AWESOME! Our dog came home very happy ? I know he was well cared for while at Britney’s house. She was great about sending pictures and updates while we were gone. We will definitely use Britney again. ☺️

Yulia helped us out with a last-minute booking due to a business trip for our 10mo puppy. As stressed as I was about the trip, I didn’t have to stress about our pup. Yulia took such good care of her and sent the cutest pictures and updates several times a day. She also has a nice calm demeanor which is great for any dog! We will certainly use her again.

Judith was great with my Lexi, consistently updating me with updates/picks while I was away. Lexi seemed to have really enjoyed herself, even made a pup pal in Riley.

Book a meet and greet with Joy! Our dogs get to choose their sitters and they warmed up to Joy very quickly letting us know that she was one of the good ones! When we interview sitters the number one thing that we look for is compatibility between the sitter and our fur babies. The next thing is if the sitter will keep their routine as close as possible to what our babies have come to expect. Joy immediately asked questions and took notes to ensure she knew all the things that were important to us and to our babies. Communication was wonderful from the meet and greet all the way through the stay! The stay was confirmed a couple of days in advance, the morning of, and once we were on our way. Upon arrival Joy went over everything to confirm that Kovu and Penny would be taken care of appropriately. I loved that we received updates morning, noon, and night with photos and videos. If there were any questions Joy reached out to us to make sure that Kovu and Penny got exactly what we wanted them to have. We will definitely be using Joy again!

Lisa and David are so loving toward our sweet pup! They are kind, welcoming and flexible. Communication is top notch. Lisa clearly has exceptional knowledge of many aspects of pet care and delivers a spectacular experience for our girl every time! We get pictures and updates regularly. We have NO WORRIES when we leave our pup with them 🥰

Wow! Best Rover experience yet! The family was kind, made me and Oliver feel very comfortable, and treated my boy like family. I got 1-2 updates a day and communication was always very quick if I had any questions. I sincerely hope they are available for my next trip because I know Oliver will enjoy going back and I won’t get the silent treatment like I have in the past with other accommodations 😆. He got all the cuddles, ate well, and enjoyed the family and their dog so much!

Brooke took care of my babies while we moved. Communication was great! She sent pics/follow up texts the entire time to let me know how my boys were doing. Brooke has been amazing. Highly recommend Brooke and I will definitely use her again!

First of all, I want to thank Teresa for taking such good care of our dog, Soonie. We are so happy knowing that Soonie had a wonderful time in a comfortable and loving environment with a good friend. We were very satisfied with the care he received. If we ever need a sitter again in the future, we would definitely love to book with Teresa again.

Amanda and her family were amazing!! I had true peace of mind knowing my dog was comfortable and well cared for. Will definitely have my dog stay here again!!

This is my second time hiring Tiffany’s boarding service thru rover. Let me know I am super super particular about my dog cuz I raised her like my daughter and Tiffany did an amazing job keeping me up to date and sending periodic pics even additional pics on request during her stay. I plan to hire her services again in future and I highly recommend her for pet services.

Carrington took very good care of my Rocky for me. When I picked him up he was happy and running around like he does at home. Highly recommended.

Alyssa was very accommodating to our precious Queen Aki. She kept us informed daily on their activities and sent pictures and videos. We will for sure use her in the future.

Sarah was a complete pleasure to work with. I was unfortunately stranded out of state due to the Dallas storms and she was completely understanding and flexible. Beanie had a blast hanging with the other animals. She is my go to from here on out! 5 Big Stars!

Stephanie and her family were amazing! Clyde didn’t want to leave, ha! We’ve found a second home for him, so grateful. He’ll be a repeat guest in a couple of weeks. ❤️

Sinduja and her family were such great help keeping our dog for us. She stayed in contact with us and even sent us some photos updates to show us how much fun they were having. Definitely one of the best people I've encountered on Rover, will definitely book again!
