From the start, she was professional, attentive, and clearly cared deeply about my pets’ well-being—but what truly set her apart was how she handled an unexpected situation. One of my cats had a mishap while I was away, and she went completely above and beyond. She handled everything with such care, patience, and compassion, keeping me informed while also taking the initiative to make sure my pets were comfortable, clean, and safe. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing someone so capable and thoughtful was there. On top of that, Bella and Luna were happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved when I returned, and Charles was in great spirits too. It’s not easy to trust someone with your pets, but she made it effortless. I am incredibly grateful and would absolutely book her again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Ruth took such good care of our kitties while we were out of town. She even went to check on them after a nasty storm. It was so reassuring to know she was looking after them. We'll use Ruth again the next time we are out of town. Fabulous job!!

William and his wife are such kind and caring people. They really understand animals and their unique patterns and habits. My cat, Basil, is an interesting and funny cat with odd quirks and they made him feel so comfortable! I would absolutely recommend their home to anyone who wants their pet to be treated with special care!
