First time using rover and thankful for Dorothy. She was consistent with pictures and updates make our experience very easy. You can tell she truly cares. I would recommend to anyone looking especially for first time users.

We boarded our puppy, Robin, with them for four nights and could not have asked for better care. They truly made her feel at home and treated her like part of their own family. They sent us pictures and videos every single day, which made traveling so much easier and gave us complete peace of mind. They are thorough, meticulous, and pay attention to every little detail to ensure your pet is happy and comfortable. Leaving Robin is never easy, but Jacqueline and Todd are truly a godsend. We felt completely at ease knowing she was having a wonderful time playing with their dogs, going on walks with Todd, and even dressing up as Santa for Christmas! We will absolutely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for loving, trustworthy pet care.

Whitney was wonderful with Bella. She sent me pictures and kept me updated every day. I appreciate the love she and her family showed my girl while we were out of the country.

Ashley sent me lots of pictures of Benji while she watched him, and took great care of him. Her daughter gave Benji lots of love and I'm sure he'll be happy to go back if we need care in the future.

Jessica was wonderful! My big guy has some medical needs, and she met those with flying colors! Kept me well informed, and he was well taken care of while we were gone. Would rebook with Jessica again!

He was so great with both dogs. He updated me a lot and showed me videos on how he trained my dogs not to pull & also showed my husband when he picked them up.

Murphy, my wife Denise, and I, had a great boarding experience with Andrea. She is a knowledgeable and experienced boarder who loves dogs. She answered all our questions, took great care of Murphy, and let us know how he was doing. We would highly recommend Andrea to anyone who needs her services.

Lacey was great! She texted me every day and sent pictures and told me how he was doing. She communicated clearly and quickly, and was very helpful by bringing him home with all his stuff to my house so when I got home late at night from my trip, he was there. Highly recommend!

Krysta was amazing with our golden doodle. She sent us pictures & videos & assured use he was still getting his snuggles & doing well while we were away. She put our minds at ease that he was in good hands.

Jasmine and her family were fantastic. She sent updates regularly and Chanel was right there with Kai making sure she was ok. Lol. Kai did not want to leave. If you have small dogs and looking for a sitter who will treat your pup like their own, look no further. I have already booked the next stay!!

Our lab had a great stay with Lindsey. She kept us updated with pics and videos and gave our sweet girl lots of love! We will definitely use her services again in the future and would recommend to anyone who is in search of a sitter on JBLM.

Dustin and his wife are wonderful. Dustin sends pictures and videos every day. Hawkeye was comfortable and appeared very well cared for. Hawkeye came home healthy and happy. Dustin gave Hawkeye his meds. I can't say enough about Dustin and his wonderful attitude and loving the dogs.

Megan is AMAZING! She was so welcoming and accommodating. She took extra great care of our Lucky and treated him as if he was her own. She kept us posted on how he was doing and sent pictures to ease our mind. I am thoroughly pleased with her service and would recommend her 1000 times out of 1000 times. Lucky had a blast as well. I absolutely love leaving my dog with Jamelah. When I moved to Waco, I was very concerned with who I could leave my dog with. Jamelah and I planned a play date and let my dog get comfortable and it has made all the difference. She provides excellent care and love. Not to mention pictures to put your heart at ease. I highly recommend her for your sitter, you will not regret it.

Jax loved his stay with Martha! With him being a bigger dog he can be a handful, but Martha loved my big baby just like I would. Jax will be back soon😊

Sarah did a great job with our dog Murphy and made him feel very welcome and happy. When we came to pick him up and were chatting with her for a few minutes Murphy even went over and sat down beside her, which showed me he had bonded with her. Sarah was very easy to communicate with, and I felt confident that she would personalize the care to Murphy’s needs. we will definitely use her again!

My pups were tuckered out after their stay! They both ate all their meals, which is huge in telling my pups were comfortable with Jadyn.
