This was my first time using Rover. I've been so hesitant because I've heard about awful experiences and I was so anxious, stressed, and scared. Jennifer was ABSOLUTELY amazing. She came by for an initial visit to get to know the dogs and came by a second time to get the keys and go over the care for our dogs. I could tell from our first visit that she was a genuine person and truly cared about and loved animals. My dogs loved her so much and followed her around the house constantly, which gave me so much peace. I would high recommend her services to anyone and everyone! I had booked a sitter who cancelled the day before I was leaving town. Olivia was able to fill in at a moments notice and she did great with my pups. They were happy campers when I returned home.

Dakota was a wonderful house sitter for our elderly dogs (3) and cats (2). He left the house in great shape and sent daily updates about our pets during his 3 night stay. We have also used him for drop ins and he has been timely and communicative in all situations. We plan to hire Dakota again in the future!
