Kailey was awesome! Kailey took wonderful care of my cat, Coco, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was dependable, kind, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. She kept me updated with photos and messages, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. When I got home, Coco was happy, relaxed, and obviously well cared for. It was clear that Kailey spent quality time with her and made sure all of her needs were met. Knowing Coco was in such capable and caring hands made my trip so much less stressful. Kayleigh is an absolute rockstar - incredibly attentive and communicative, she was proactive with both updates and feedback (including photos) that made a world of difference for an anxious pet parent! She was also generously flexible and patient showing me the Rover ropes, as well as with her time for key handoff and return on top of my high maintenance darling and her routine. Chloe and I both look forward to having her on repeat and couldn’t be more grateful!
