Dog Boarding in Rio Hondo

Jessica was an excellent sitter for our dog. Very communicative and accommodating. We had the ultimate peace of mind during our family vacation that our dog was well taken care of. Will definitely recommend her.

Alina was an incredible care taker for Bennie! Spends a lot of quality time with the dogs she watches, has incredible area for dogs to hang out an play together which Bennie could not stop playing in! Alina provided great photos and videos of all the fun throughout the day. Bennie came home very happy from his time there :) Would highly recommend Alina! I am already planning on booking with her again :)

This was my first time using Rover, I rarely take trips without my dog, Milo and Martie was absolutely fantastic. She is so caring and compassionate - and was very attentive to my dog’s specific needs. Can’t recommend her enough, I can tell my little man had a great time playing with other friends there.

Aron took care of our two fur babies over the weekend. They were well taken care. We’re so grateful for the wonderful care he gave our dogs! He went above and beyond especially taking the time to hand-feed our little Frenchie who can be quite stubborn. We really appreciated the regular photo updates, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. When we picked them up, they looked happy and well cared for. Overall, we’re extremely pleased and would highly recommend!

I've only boarded Baxter once before but I was still just as nervous as the first time. Jordan made me feel so much better about it all. She sent me updates, pictures, a video, and accommodated my dog's need for "privacy" to go #2. My dog felt immediately comfortable with her family and came home so happy! If I ever need to book again, I will definitely look for Jordan again 😊

Alicia took care of our Tiffany during our wedding weekend and we were reassured that she was doing great during her stay. Definitely will be rebooking with Alicia, great experience and Tiffany loves them!

Nancy was super communicative and easy to work with. I was coming in town from Louisiana and needed somewhere for my pup while I attended a conference, and then continued my travels before heading back to Louisiana. She was great, lots of photos everyday without prompt. I had to pivot in my plans and she was super helpful. I’ll definitely reach out if we come back this way next year.

I definitely recommend Stephanie as a dog sitter. She took great care of Bella, and I was pleasantly surprised to hear how quickly Bella warmed up to her. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing Bella was being treated like one of her own pets. Stephanie kept me updated throughout Bella’s stay, and I loved seeing photos and hearing how much Bella was enjoying herself. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of her. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with you again!

Dominique was able to accommodate us on fairly short notice. Our Sadie seemed happy and well-taken care of. Dominique shared a few pictures each day without having to be asked, which we appreciated. All of our dog's belongings made it home. Thanks!

As usually Bandit was well cared for. When we pull up to the house he cries with excitement and when I pick him up he doesn’t want to leave. Lol. Great hosts!

Sanchita was excellent at sending videos and pictures of Koko for the 4 days she cared for KoKo. She fed and walked KoKo very attentively. I would definitely book with her again. 5 star quality care.Thank you very much Sanchita..!!!!

Margot was great with Troy our 8year old Boxer. From the moment I initially reached out to her with questions/concerns,(first time using Rover) she was so kind to talk to me & put my mind at ease in regards to his stay at her home. I loved the fact that Troy would be only a few miles away from us, that was a plus. We left Troy for 3 nights & 4 days.. she kept us updated with pictures & texts to let us know that our baby was doing just fine. Thank you Margot & family for taking care of Troy.. we will definitely be bringing him back on our next vacation to South Padre.

Bo was great taking care of my pup. They regularly kept me updated and were extremely flexible with pickup when weather caused travel disruption. Will definitely leave my pup with them again!
