Pet Sitting & Drop Ins in Roanoke

Kim did an excellent job caring for our two fur babies! We had traveled from out of state for our daughter’s wedding and needed care for our two dogs. We were able to do a meet and greet ahead of time and after book with mom for drop in visit for the day. Kim did an excellent job communicating with us and reassuring us with feed back and pictures to help us now our babies were doing great. I will definitely book with Kim again if I am ever in need of care when visiting.

Any number of words come to mind: efficient, dependable, smart, professional, courteous and open, reliable, punctual, cheerful, trustworthy. Wendy was all of this. She came for a meet and greet the same day we reached out which was great because we needed a drop in the following day. We knew we were in good hands. We were worry free. Thank you, Wendy. We have ease in care for Willie now, our elder dog with dementia.

There are not enough words to describe Karien: wonderful, incredible, amazing, don’t do her justice. She took care of our two Cavaliers like they were her own. One of them experienced a medical emergency while we were gone. Karien identified a problem, sent us pictures and videos, and took him to our vet. She stayed in constant communication with us and let us know everything was under control. She was so conscientious, and we cannot express our gratitude adequately. Count yourself lucky if Karien is taking care of your pet!

Dropped in on our grumbly pup and was great. She updated us and sent us pics throughout the visit. We really appreciated her Checking in with our Martha Mae.

Claudia is awesome as always. She loves the dogs and makes sure they are taken care of and played with. She communicates everything and sends awesome Photos !

I was stressed about finding a last minute sitter. Lauryn was able to do a meet and greet and watch my Missy for the weekend. She was an amazing communicator and clearly has a passion for caring for fur babies!

Taylor had looked after my cats a few times for at least a week when I have scheduled her. She is 100% dependable, spends time with the cats, and leaves everything pristine. She also is excellent with updates and communication.

After a VERY extensive search, we hired Samantha and couldn’t be happier! She was the key to being able to leave our pup without any worry or stress. She is kind, knowledgeable, resourceful, responsive, caring, and experienced!! Several things came up on our trip thanks to our clever/anxious dog, and she handled each situation with ease, care, and great communication! More than anything, I always felt like she had everything handled while we were gone and our dog was truly ENJOYING the time with her - rather than being miserable. I never expected them to bond, but our shy and loyal pup loved playing, greeting, and even cuddling with Samantha very early into our trip away from home. I will be recommending her services to every friend needing pet care and will not waste energy again worrying when we have to leave our sweet girl behind!!!

Penny is the best! Dependable, loves our pup and this time I asked her to come early because of the thunderstorms and she did! I appreciate her and am comfortable leaving our pup in her care😊

Lily is absolutely wonderful! She communicates extremely well and our corgi absolutely loves her. She has been extremely flexible with schedule adjustments and letting us know if anything changes. She is also very thoughtful and goes above and beyond!
