Kim was amazing. I had no worries about my cats at all knowing that they were in such great hands. So easy to communicate with, and she updated me daily with a photo and a report. Very polite young lady. My cats are cautiously fearful of new and unfamiliar places. If a time arises that I need a sitter, I will consider Kiana in hopes that the familiarity will make for a calmer experience.
