We could not be happier with the care Nichole provided. She did an amazing job taking care of our cat and our dog, giving us complete peace of mind while we were away. Our pets were clearly well cared for, comfortable, and loved. In addition, the house was spotless and very well taken care of, which truly exceeded our expectations. It was such a relief to come home to happy pets and a clean, well-maintained home. We are extremely grateful for Nichole’s professionalism, reliability, and genuine care. We just moved to Austin a few weeks prior, so our dog and 2 cats were still settling in and never used a Rover sitter before. We are beyond happy with the care and communication from Briana every day!! She sent us the cutest pictures of our fur babies every day and always kept us updated. We’re so happy all the pets loved her and even slept with/by her at night! On top of taking care of our pets, Briana went above and beyond from the get-go. Our washing machine malfunctioned as we were leaving for the airport, and Briana kept us updated as soon as she got in and even moved our stuff to the dryer. We had lots of packages delivered which she brought in. Our dishwasher wasn’t working and she hand washed any dishes she used. She left our house clean and tidy! 100% we will be booking Briana again for all of our trips! We couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience with Rover ❤️

Molly was so personable and gracious with her updates, her pet sitting is top tier! She made things so easy and stress free for our quick weekend trip, even for our dog who can be a bit of an anxious mess. Would definitely recommend and book again when we have the chance. Thank you Molly!!

Ryan was fantastic! He was quick to respond to all inquiries, which made coordinating everything super easy and stress-free. My dogs were clearly well cared for while I was away, and I came home to a clean and tidy house. I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail—highly recommend!

Geoff was great with out pup Kramer, who can be a bit of a handful with new people. Geoff was very punctual and attentive as we explained our pup's rules and quirks. He also gave us regular updates on Kramer via text and photos. Would definitely book Geoff again and recommend him!

Nicole was great with scooter . She was puncual and comunicated with us often and we would love to have her back .

We had a great experience with Heather and Ryan taking good care of the dogs (and received lots of pictures while we were out.) We will definitely be using them again (a lot!)

Great service by Alexandra. Great communication. Our kiddos loved spending time with Alexandra. She took them on their walks. Bear, who can be finicky about eating when we are gone, ate all his meals and even took his meds. Alexandra has the place tidy and has put her towels in the washer. Would recommend!

Tori took great care of my 3 dogs! They seemed very comfortable with her and she even picked up on the fact one of my dogs loves watching tv and put on some dog videos for her when she left! We’ll definitely be using her again to watch our little pack:)
