We’ve had Maddy watch our cat Sushi and our dog Milo multiple times, and she has been nothing short of amazing every single time. She is incredibly reliable, punctual, and communicates clearly throughout our trips, which gives us real peace of mind while we’re away. One thing we really appreciate is how thoughtful she is—she regularly sends lots of pictures and updates so we can see how happy and well cared for our pets are. It makes a huge difference when you’re traveling. Maddy truly goes above and beyond. She helps with things like bringing in packages and taking care of the trash, which keeps the house fresh when we return—especially with litter boxes involved. It’s those extra touches that set her apart. The best part is how much our pets love her. Sushi and Milo are always excited to see her, which says everything about how well she treats them. On one visit, she even surprised us with framed photos—including a hilarious and adorable shot of Sushi “eating sushi.” Coming home to that after a long travel day made it even more special. We couldn’t recommend Maddy more highly—she’s dependable, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about both the pets and the home.

I had never used Rover before and I was so nervous about having a stranger in my house. In just a few days Michael completely changed all of that. He goes above and beyond, is super responsive and always immediately notifies me of any concerns. He is a God send. Seriously, he is the best. Just hire him.

I hired Mychelle to provide drop-in visits for my two very elderly dogs; one of them is blind. Mychelle is incredibly kind and gentle with them, always arriving on time.
