We’ve had Maddy watch our cat Sushi and our dog Milo multiple times, and she has been nothing short of amazing every single time. She is incredibly reliable, punctual, and communicates clearly throughout our trips, which gives us real peace of mind while we’re away. One thing we really appreciate is how thoughtful she is—she regularly sends lots of pictures and updates so we can see how happy and well cared for our pets are. It makes a huge difference when you’re traveling. Maddy truly goes above and beyond. She helps with things like bringing in packages and taking care of the trash, which keeps the house fresh when we return—especially with litter boxes involved. It’s those extra touches that set her apart. The best part is how much our pets love her. Sushi and Milo are always excited to see her, which says everything about how well she treats them. On one visit, she even surprised us with framed photos—including a hilarious and adorable shot of Sushi “eating sushi.” Coming home to that after a long travel day made it even more special. We couldn’t recommend Maddy more highly—she’s dependable, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about both the pets and the home.

Mychelle is awesome! My dog, Olive took to her right away, which is always a great sign. I could tell when I came home that Olive was well loved and cared for during her visits with Mychelle, because she was very calm. I also got plenty of pictures and updates during her visits letting me know how everything went. It was such a relief knowing Olive was getting the attention and care she needed while I was away. I will definitely book with Mychelle again!

We appreciated James’ overall professionalism! He was accommodating of my cat’s special needs and visited punctually twice a day. He provided attention and extra care and gave me reassurance of my pet’s wellbeing while away. We’re very grateful!
