I was a repeat client of Jennifer's when she lived in Iowa and I wanted to leave one final review. She was amazing and we were very sad to see her move. She would drop in on my two senior aged cats who take daily medication. She is very good adjusting the rates for cats and was available on short notice a couple times. She went out of her way (helped once when we ran out of a medication), took great photos, and gave me thorough updates. I would highly recommend for any sitting you might need!

Kristen has been great with my cats. One of my cats has asthma and has to use an inhaler and he lets her give it to him without any problems. My other cat is quite shy and rarely comes out for people, but lately with Kristen she has been making her presence known little by little. I am so glad I have someone to rely on when we are away. It makes me feel at ease knowing Kristen is there watching over my cats.

Honestly amazing! I was out of town when I noticed through our cameras that the autofeeder I had for the stray cats wasn't dispensing any food. It was a sudden request but Ashley was able to unjam the feeder and also offered to buy and refill the food when the food ran out. They even hid a package for me that was delivered while I was away so it wasn't stolen. For my first time using Rover I am highly impressed and thankful for Ashley. They additionally provide live updates and pictures during visits which is much appreciated. My request didn't require direct interaction with the cats but I think this is a reflection for how capable and reliable they are.
