Cat Sitting in Saint Hedwig

This was our second time working with Nichole and we just adore how she takes care of our cats and plays with them. Her rover report cards and communication is great at easing anxiety when we go on our trips.

Shelby was great. I really appreciate that she was not fazed by Catalina’s medication or routine. Shelby was understanding of kitty nature and gave them their own time and space. They came back happy to be home but it was also evident that while I was away their routine had been taken care of and they had proper interactions.

Robyn was great. We got stranded by weather circumstances and she continued to visit our pets until we could get home two days later. Competent and efficient and the kitties were happy and purring upon our return

Jennifer checked in on my two senior cats for a week and we couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. Both my cats are on medication and with their age I worry about them constantly. Jennifer was great, I was very comfortable leaving them in her hands. She was excellent with communication, send pictures and volunteered her time to come over once before we left town. Would be happy to hire her again!

Kristen has been great with my cats. One of my cats has asthma and has to use an inhaler and he lets her give it to him without any problems. My other cat is quite shy and rarely comes out for people, but lately with Kristen she has been making her presence known little by little. I am so glad I have someone to rely on when we are away. It makes me feel at ease knowing Kristen is there watching over my cats.

Becky did an awesome job taking care of our cat Kimber! She arrived promptly and gave updates and pictures!

AnnaMaria did a wonderful job dropping in on my cat, Mr. Steve. Prompt, trustworthy, and super helpful with last minute adjustments. Everything went smoothly from start to finish! Would book again.

Loretta exceeded alll our expectations. She was so kind and loving with our dog and cat and incredibly understanding when Linus (our dog) chewed! We are so thankful for her help and care and flexibility. We would recommend her to anyone and hope to use her services again!

Honestly amazing! I was out of town when I noticed through our cameras that the autofeeder I had for the stray cats wasn't dispensing any food. It was a sudden request but Ashley was able to unjam the feeder and also offered to buy and refill the food when the food ran out. They even hid a package for me that was delivered while I was away so it wasn't stolen. For my first time using Rover I am highly impressed and thankful for Ashley. They additionally provide live updates and pictures during visits which is much appreciated. My request didn't require direct interaction with the cats but I think this is a reflection for how capable and reliable they are.
