We had a wonderful experience with Genevieve through Rover! She took such great care of our fur baby and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Her communication was excellent, and it was clear our pet felt comfortable and well-loved in her care. We will absolutely be requesting her again for future visits and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!

This was our first time using rover and it was very last minute. We told him that he didn’t have to do anything more than check food & water and take care of our litter box. He went above and beyond!! Every day we got lots of pictures, a detailed text of his visit. We have cameras in the home and saw that not only did he say hello to our cats but he would play with them too. He also left us a sweet thank you note on our counter after his last visit. I can’t say enough good things about his service and how at ease he made us feel during the process. We will definitely continue to use him in the future :)

The BEST!! She was able to come at the last minute TWICE today to check on my 1 month old puppy. She was so sweet and personable. Most definitely will use her again!

Ashley did amazing with my pups! She was so kind and wanted to do a meet and greet before which I think is an awesome idea! She had her little boy with her who was a great helper as well.
