Cat Sitting in Shady Shores

This is the second time we have booked with Hilda. She has been great with communicating and sending lots of pictures of her loving on our cats. She goes above and beyond to clean up our litter box area, bringing in packages, and anything else that may need done without us asking. Thanks for taking great care of our pets again!!

What a lucky last second shot in the dark! I needed someone to go over to the house same day, and check on our cat. I reached out to many profiles in one shot, and luckily for us, Kim was first to respond; immediately after my request. She is highly competent and reliable. I was able to send all the instructions/info once, and she got it. Where with anyone new, I was of course expecting I’d need to be available for any possible issues with locating our home, getting inside, any questions one would have, or urgent need to reach me. And I desperately needed to drop my phone and go to sleep from where I got stuck 2000 miles away. Info sent, I passed out, later woke up and saw she had no issues or questions, as she understood everything I wrote her, and has excellent self management skill. She even showed up on time (early morning right after posting out) even though I said any time that day was okay- that the posted time was only set because we have to of course post an exact time. She also stayed for the full time I’d posted, to give Twiggy some lap time, when I said she didn’t need to stay longer than it took to do the quick feeding drill etc, as she was helping us so last second. Definitely a lucky catch!

Leigh was great with my senior Siamese cat, Jazz. She was very dependable and sent pictures of him every day and gave me little updates. It really set my heart at ease to know that she was spending quality time with Jazz and caring for his needs every day. He was happy to see me return home but I can tell that he was well taken care of! Thank you, Leigh!

Have booked with Carole for multiple trips now, and she is great! She even suggested timing her drop-ins to better line up with the time zone we were in while away. Highly recommend!

I’m very happy with Casandra . It’s my first time using Rover service and I definitely will book her again . She was lovey , playful and patient with Michu . I was able to enjoy my vacations knowing my cat was at home in very good hands . She followed every single instructions and she did beyond expectations. Thank you Casandra

Our cat had a wonderful time, Shiru took very well care of him. My cat didn’t want to leave her house when I went to pick him up! We received pictures of him every day, and we knew he was enjoying his stay and was in good hands. I recommend Shiru 100%

Heather was amazing! My boyfriend and I were gone for 2.5 weeks and she updated us frequently with adorable pictures of our little Blu ? I will definitely be booking with her again. We felt comfortable with her the entire time!
