Renee is amazing! This is the second time she has cared for my cats and she is great. Renee does such a great job communicating and sharing updates about the pets, I love all the pictures she sends! I know my cats and home are cared for and safe when Renee is on the job :)

Veronica was communicative and had excellent judgment on how to set the cats up as she was only dropping in every couple of days. She made sure the cats were inside prior to fireworks as requested and even took care of the gifts the little one brought in to express that she missed her boy.

Thank you so much for doing such a great job taking care of my cat. She warmed up to you quite quickly, which was really nice to see. I also appreciated all the reports with pictures—they definitely helped ease my mind since this was her first time being home alone. Thank you for doing such a fantastic job!

My cat loves Marla, and I love that Marla is very attentive and on top of things. I have to travel a lot these days due to family circumstances, so this is a blessing. It's great to come home to find my cat is not desperate or distressed the way she has sometimes been when she had other sitters. She's a really social and smart/active cat who needs more than the bare minimum food and water that might work for some other cats. I'm thankful to have found someone who gives her the mental stimulation and affection she needs.

I couldn't ask for a better experience with Tim. He was attentive, responsive, and carried out my (borderline unreasonable) instructions to the letter. My two cats took to him right away. (They trust nearly nobody; I was amazed by their immediate comfort with a new person.) Tim provided me with daily updates and I had no worries about their care while I was away. In short, Tim and Rover made me able to enjoy my vacation. Tim is my go-to for future sitting, full stop.

Kristin was great with Meeko! She stayed to play with him while we were gone and took great care of him! We came home to a very happy boy! Thank you Kristin!

William was great with my cats when I was out of town for a week - showed up on time, sent updates, and spent time with them. I'd definitely hire him again to watch them!

This was our first time hiring a sitter for drop-in pet minding, and Karen made it an incredibly comfortable and low-stress experience. Daily check-ins complete with pictures and a little report kept us smiling and looking forward to the next day, so we could see more cute pet pics. Karen even caught a problem with our pool that we were able to inform our landlord of so he could take care of it while we're out of country - she really just went above and beyond, and we're so grateful for her work 🥰 We'll be hiring her again in the future, and I promise you won't regret doing the same!

David was awesome! He took great care of our 2 cats. Each time he dropped in, he sent photos and gave us updates. This was our first time using Rover and having a drop-in service. We will definitely use both Rover and David again.
