I contacted Shaina out of the blue and very last minute, and even had to adjust my schedule after initial contact – she was very accommodating, and responded quickly and with enthusiasm to texts. I have two cats that she dropped in to check on, and sent pictures every day of the "girls". She texted questions as needed during the visits (which I told her to please do) and arrived like clockwork when she said she would. Honestly, could not have asked for a better experience, and will definitely book her again!
