House Sitting in Shiro

Ben was the BEST dog sitter/house sitter ever. We were very worried, leaving our little dog, who has separation anxiety, for a few days with someone we had never met. Ben immediately eased our concerns. Not only is he the nicest guy ever, but he clearly is extremely good with dogs. He even brought his sidekick, his young daughter, who became fast friends with our dog. Tucker absolutely loved her. They tended to Tucker and our home in every way we asked, and went above and beyond. He left our house in excellent condition even did laundry, vacuumed, and steam clean the floors. Can you believe it? I highly recommend him, and I will definitely be reaching out for him again. If you have any concerns about hiringBen, don’t. He is amazing.

Carolina was great! She provided helpful and timely updates; administered my pets medicines; anticipated their needs (storms) and more! I would definitely rebook with Carolina!

Nina took wonderful care of my dog Grace and my home. She went above and beyond to leave my home clean and tidy upon my return home - even using her own funds to leave some food, flowers, a couple of baskets to organize things, etc. She also worked very hard to combat the incessant and copious amount of love bugs that absolutely love to sneak in my home this time of year (Sept.). It was a bit overwhelming to come home to so many extra touches of care and beauty around my home. Even cute little toilet paper bows like at a hotel! It was not necessary and 10000% not expected but very thoughtful and generous. It does make me feel like I will have to work hard to tidy up my home in between her help with pet sitting visits! That may prove challenging with my ADHD tendencies of doom piles but it's also a good motivator - so maybe a win-win?! Lol The part about moved piles and cleaning more areas than I gave permission on did give me a tiny bit of anxiousness upon my return/ her departure. I quickly found moved items, many had been carefully placed in my study. (Which is a bit of a disaster at the moment). As in all things, clear communication of boundaries and comfort is a must so both parties feel good about the outcome of the interaction. In this case, so all the kind and generous efforts Nina will be eager to do when house & petsitting match your comfort level.

Brittany was amazing with my girls while I was gone. She sent a lot of pictures and kept me updated while they were in her care. I will definitely be using her in the future.

We had such a great experience with Camyrn and would absolutely recommend her! She took amazing care of our house and all of our animals while we were gone, which is definitely no small task with our crew 😂 She kept us updated, followed all of their instructions, and made me feel completely comfortable knowing everyone was being taken care of. Our animals were happy and well cared for when we got home, and the house was just as we left it. It’s such a relief finding someone you can actually trust with your pets and your home, especially when you have multiple animals with different routines and needs. We will definitely be using Camyrn again in the future!
