From the start, he was kind, professional, and communicative—he walked us through the booking process and answered all our questions. While we were away, he sent us regular updates, including pictures and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. It’s clear he truly cares about the animals he looks after. I had a short notice booking for same day pet sitting. She took great care of my old girl and kept me updated. My girl was supper happy on the pictures and got plenty of play time with other dogs because she was exhausted when she got home 10/10 recommend and will book again in the future.

Graciela was amazing! My dog can be quite a handful sometimes but with Graciela she was great! I got lots of updates and pictures which was nice since it was our first time apart. 10/10 would recommend!

Leo and Claire took great care of our babies and we could tell they had a great time. They sent lots of pictures and were very responsive.
