He did an amazing job taking care of my dog while I was away. He was very understanding, communicated everything that was going on with her, and always asked me first if he was unsure about anything. I also really appreciated the picture updates. It gave me peace of mind knowing she was doing well. I have never had a bad experience with Rover, but I will say that Natalie and her husband are my absolute favorites! They welcome my baby as soon as we pull up. She is waiting at the door to greet him and he sprints in because he can’t wait to hang out. They treat him like family, tell me all about his day when I pick him up and send me the best pictures.I can’t say enough good things about them! Thank you both and Buster for being so welcoming to Mufasa!
