House Sitting in Spring

We were going out of the country for several days and needed someone to stay with our Shi Tzu. He doesn’t do well in large boarding facilities. We chose Julie after a short visit. She quickly made friends with him and really understands dogs. She even taught him a new trick. He was relaxed and trusting with her. Julie was great in our absence and we had no problems at all. She kept us updated frequently. This was a dog and house sitting engagement for many days. I highly recommend Julie and we wouldn’t hesitate to have her return.

Kira was great with the dogs for an extended weekend. She had a bit of a conflict due to her flight schedule but she communicated beautifully during the whole thing. I very much appreciated this as I made alternate arrangements for the time she was out. Additionally, my elder dog vomited on the carpet while she was there. Kira cleaned the spot so well I can’t even tell where it was! Loved having her!

Meagan was great in every way! I was a bit late to be scheduling, but she took it and was very flexible. My dog immediately liked her, and she did a great job of handling all the energy. I received numerous photos/updates throughout the stay that reassured me so much.

Caitlin was great! Very communicative, sent pictures each day, and took great care of our fur babies. You can tell they really loved her, as they weren’t anxious when we got home! Will definitely use again!

John was literally PERFECT! I had to leave out of town due to an emergency to be with a family member. John came through at the last minute! He was timely, communicative and just all around great with my dogs! Going forward, whenever he's available I will be booking him to house-sit!! He's worth it!

You can’t go wrong with using Jaye B as your traveling pet sitter!! Not everyone can come into my home and take care of my dogs. I have over eight dogs, making up three packs that cannot be together. Six of the dogs needed medication twice a day. Not all of them are accepting of a new person without the proper introduction. Plus there is a lot to remember to do the job. Jaye was very patient and willing to come in 3 days prior to my vacation for training and to get to know each one of my dogs. Jaye is very dependable and was there twice a day every day while I was gone. She sent me a picture text and a note on how they were doing on each visit which was a great peace of mind. When I got home, all the water bowls were full inside and outside, their food bowls were ready to go, and the yards were clean. I know that all of them were well taken care of. Kat is so amazing with our dogs. She has watched our dogs in our home a few times now and they absolutely adore her. I can now go out of town and feel 100% comfortable that my dogs are taken care of and loved. I 10000% recommend her. Highly satisfied.

Shannon did a good job with our pups - she sent pics and kept us up to date on how the dogs were doing! She took them on walks and made sure they ate. Dogs were very happy when we returned.

Rose continues to be the best sitter my dogs have had. She took care of my anxious pups by staying in-home with them for the weekend. Her ability to be patient and make my dogs comfortable is excellent Her communication is great, keeping me up to date on progress. I will continue to use Rose and recommend her highly to you.

First time using Rover and I’m overall happy with the experience! Julie was great, she met with me the day after I put in a request. She met my dogs, and sent lots of pictures while we were away.

Beatriz did an excellent job watching our dogs for us! She was very easy to communicate with and sent lots of pictures/updates. I would definitely have her pet sit for us again.

I was very skeptical about using Rover especially since Annie & Jack are our newest shelter rescues.Annie has high anxiety & both are new to us. Tanesha came over twice before we left; She’s got a good personality & both dogs accepted her. Because I was nervous/anxious, I wrote 3 pages of instructions! Tanesha did an excellent job. She communicated daily plus pictures & went above & beyond. Especially when Jack got stung by a bee or something. Even though he looked fine she took both dogs with her to emergency vet just as a precaution! When we got home the dogs looked calmer, the house was clean & she’s even washed the sheets & towels & put them back. She is excellent & we will be using her again as a sitter when we go to New York! I can’t tell you just how great she was, made our vacation so much better since I wasn’t worrying about them or the house. I definitely recommend Tanesha!

Natali did a great job staying with our dogs while we were away. She kept in contact with us and sent pictures often. I would absolutely use her again if we go out of town!
