My first experience with rover app. I was so apprehensive and needed someone to sit my kits while I was away. I sent in the totally request to Katie annd Robert , who were very prompt in their reply. We arranged for them to meet with us once before we went on vacation. And I fell in love with their vibe and personalities after our first meeting. I’m so glad to have found this most amazing duo. I was able to enjoy my time off with my family because I knew my kits were in good hands. Both katie and Robert were great with the kits. They even made it to our home during the hurricane and made sure to keep us updated with their updates and pictures of the cats. They were very helpful and friendly. I’m so glad to have found them! 🤍

Helen was amazing! Harley LOVES her! After her visit, Harley had an entire attitude with the whole family! It’s safe to say he missed Helen😭🤣. He is the crankiest pup ever, but not with Helen. She is his new best friend. If he could have followed her home, he would have.

Angela has been caring for our cat, Mouse, for a while now. She is totally reliable, open to short notices and sends us the best pictures while we are away. We are so grateful to have found Angela. It makes our trips away much easier, knowing that Mouse is in good hands.

I can't say enough good things about Stephanie ! She consistently went above and beyond, treating my pup like her own. Each home visit is filled with care and attention, and my dog always seems happy and content when I return. Communication is excellent, with updates and photos that put my mind at ease. It’s such a relief to know my furry friend is in such good hands. Highly recommend!

Jennifer was exactly what I was looking for. Extremely punctual, diligent and left my house just as it was when she arrived. I would not hesitate to use her services again. I had been so anxious about the well-being of my cats before our vacation and she completely put my mind at ease!

Kelly does so well with our two pups. Highly recommend using Kelly as she is so thoughtful and sweet with our two precious furbabies. We could not have found a more perfect person!!!

Jacquelyn was a real life saver when the whole family needed to travel out of state for a wedding. We knew our 12 1/2-year-old puggle couldn't handle the trip, and boarding would be way too stressful for him. Jacquelyn came by three times a day while we were away and made sure he had food and water, and a short walk, and bathroom breaks, and pets and treats. She was super responsive and always sent a few pics so we could see how our guy was doing. Highly recommend.

Sara was wonderful with our fur babies! We haven’t left them for very long in years and I was very nervous. Her updates and pictures really put us at ease. Thank you for your kind spirit, our pups loved you!

Raquel was wonderful with my two doggies! They absolutely loved her!! She took great care of them so much so that they didn’t miss me as much.

Alyssa checked in on our two cats several times while we were out of town over the 4th of July and we will definitely use her again! She was very communicative, sent pictures during her visits, and even helped keep the exterior of our home looking nice after a storm came through and blew some patio furniture around. This was our first time using Rover and it was a great experience all around - 5/5 stars!
