Elmer was so amazing. He has so much patience and knowledge. My male dog has anxiety and he did his best to work with him and get him as comfortable as possible. He was quick to update and super communicative. They both loved him. Thank you for working extra hard !

They also accommodated our request in such short notice. They played, cuddled and bonded during the 30min visit. Now that is 5 star service.
