Payton is incredibly responsive and always lets us know ahead of time if there are any changes to her usual schedule, which I really appreciated. It made it easy to stay informed and feel confident everything was under control. After every visit, she sent a sweet update along with photos, which truly made my day and reassured me that my cat was happy and well cared for. On top of that, she was very attentive to our home—bringing in packages and making sure everything, including the alarm system, was secure and functioning properly.
